[Answerland-summit] Booking LCC for Reference Summit 2020

Hi all,

I am feeling ready, after talking with Joanna and Tamara about the budget, to book LCC for the Reference Summit. I have attached the updated proposal (there was a mistake on the prior one), and it is currently under $3K. I am also putting room 106 on "hold" so that we can add it depending on what kind of proposals we get.

This being said, I will quote Joanna, "if we want to continue to hold the OrRS in the future we're going to have to look at additional funding sources; unless we drastically raise the registration cost, RRT just doesn't bring in enough money from dues to be the only sponsor. If we get a decent turnout in 2020, there's enough of a cushion that the RRT could conceivably pay for one more year -- but that would leave us with nothing for future summits.
I recommend we get moving on 2020, but also form a sub-committee to work on future funding opportunities."

But, I wanted to check in with the entire group in case someone has intel on a better space option for the summit this year, and/or funding updates.

I'd like to let Eila at LCC know by COB tomorrow that we want to book The Center.

We also need to "aggressively" market the summit and think of folks we want to have present, and what we would like presentations on.
