Hi all --

Please take a look at the* draft *wording for the scholarship notice and
the scholarship application form
<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScYgRApiPX5-cdjBKumzvWYn1ixEuEfBdzBH5XXCPnZALXNRw/viewform?usp=sf_link>.
They're adapted from last year's version, but as far as I recall this year
we're not offering any travel funding.

Edits are welcome!

Notice:

Are you interested in attending the 2020 Oregon Reference Summit? Is the
registration cost a barrier? You may want to apply for an ORS scholarship!

We are pleased to offer scholarships covering the full cost of registration
to attend the 3rd annual Oregon Reference Summit on Friday, May 29th, 2020
at the Event Center at Lane Community College, Eugene, Oregon. Priority
will be given to members of marginalized or underrepresented communities,
students, and early-career librarians and library workers.

Scholarship recipients will be required to complete a short post-event
survey to describe how attending the Summit benefited them professionally,
and how they plan to apply what they have learned.

The Oregon Reference Summit is committed to creating and maintaining an
inclusive, respectful conference environment which represents the diverse
viewpoints, experiences, and contributions of everyone in our profession.
