[Answerland-summit] Meeting follow up

Re: finances, the money exists -- but anything we spend this year is less
we can spend next year. Ideally we'll have found more round
tables/organizations/companies that will be willing to co-sponsor future
summits; but if we're not successful, the Reference and Legal Reference
Round Tables will continue to foot the entire bill. The State Library has
been exceedingly generous, but we can't guarantee they will have money they
can allocate to us in the future.
With all of that said, I do believe we do have the funds to purchase
snacks. If we don't have to get in an order immediately, I suggest we wait
and see if Emporia agrees to sponsor the meet-up before we commit to snack
choices. Then we'll have a better idea of how much money (if any) we'll be
spending on the meet-up.
