Hi all,

Thanks so much for the long meeting today, and working to get the program sorted out!

So, it looks like we can actually access the Center at 7am, instead of 7:30am, for no additional charge. I don't think we should move up the times for attendees at all, but it's nice for us for set up.

For snacks during the afternoon break, here are the lowest cost options that also check the veg/gluten free boxes. Cost is per person:

Triple Dipper
Hummus (GF/VG) Blue Cheese Dip (GF/ V) & Roasted Red Pepper Spread (GF /V)
Broccoli & Carrots | Crostini (V) | Pita Bread (V) $6
Cheese & Cracker Platter (GF/V)
Assortment of Local & Imported Cheeses
Baguette & Specialty Cracker Assortment $5
Fresh Fruit or Vegetable Platter (GF/VG)
Seasonal Assortment of Sliced Fresh Fruit or Vegetable Crudités with Dip $4
Hummus (GF/VG) & Roasted Red Pepper Spread Platter (GF)
Served with Flatbread (V) $4
Dessert Assortment Platter (V)
Dessert Bars & Brownie Assortment $18 (per dozen) (these can be cut in half...so $18 for 24)
Naughty & Nice
Assorted Licorice (GF/VG) | Banana Chips (GF/VG) | Brownies (V) | Fruit Salad (GF/VG)
Lemonade $6

Also, for soda, it's $3 per person (which seems insane, IMO)
