Hi everyone,

All of the 2020 submitters have been contacted.

I took out the Lightning Talk option from the call for proposals and the submission form<https://forms.gle/F9yPLBiG7B3gT3SR9>. I also changed the link so instead of going directly to the form, it goes to the Proposals page<https://sites.google.com/olaweb.org/oregon-reference-summit/home/presentation-proposals> on our website. (That page is live again.) I routed the submission responses to go to a new tab in our existing program proposal spreadsheet<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hVSVqv9bRCi3TMdHChdyioEVsJlAEP2fMKmNfIdhJPw/edit?usp=sharing> (I cleaned up the tabs to avoid confusion).

I believe we’ve contacted all 2020 presenters twice now (Joanna, correct me if I’m wrong), so I don’t think there are any left as possibilities.

I think this looks excellent!

I just have a couple questions….
Do we want to offer the lightening talk option? I guess it doesn’t hurt…but it felt like we had kind of a hard time getting that one to work out, and it was very low attendance. Although that could be due to the ice/snow storms.

Are there still some presenters from the 2020 summit that we haven’t contacted or haven’t gotten back to us?

We plan to post/send the proposal to LibsOr, Support Staff Division, REFORMA, Reference Round Table, Legal Reference Round Table, Answerland OLA social media, and State Library social media. We'd love to get it out to more Oregon library workers who aren't necessarily involved with OLA, so we appreciate any ideas you have.
