[Answerland-summit] Call for Proposals and Timeline for Oregon Reference Summit planning

Thanks for your comments so far. I updated the document

(also
attached below) to include the possibility of future virtual presentations
during the year, took off the networking lunch so that we can put out a
separate call later, and to include shorter sessions as well as hour-long
sessions.

I do have the feeling we should choose a date or at least a week when it
will happen. I don't know that folks will want to commit to
presenting without that information. We have usually held it the
beginning of June, but we had also talked about May because it's National
Mental Health Month, and we probably want to avoid April since it's OLA.
Any other thoughts?
