Lori, I agree with you. I think we need to choose a date since I know we will already begin our institutional scheduling here starting in January for the Spring Term. It will help individuals earmark that time if they need to ask for time off or coverage at work. Just looking at the calendar, the third week of May kind of looks like a sweet spot to me.

I do have the feeling we should choose a date or at least a week when it will happen. I don't know that folks will want to commit to presenting without that information. We have usually held it the beginning of June, but we had also talked about May because it's National Mental Health Month, and we probably want to avoid April since it's OLA. Any other thoughts?
