[Answerland-summit] Call for Proposals and Timeline for Oregon Reference Summit planning

Thanks, Laurin! I had intended to send this call for proposals out widely
on Friday and time seems to have gotten away from me so this was a good
nudge.

What do others think about May 12? May 19 or 26 to give a further cushion
from OLA? Meredith mentioned May might be hard on folks gearing up for
Summer. Would June be better? June 2nd might be hard since it's the same
week as Memorial day. Maybe June 9?

Hoping to send out the call early next week and then again at the beginning
