[Answerland-summit] Call for Proposals and Timeline for Oregon Reference Summit planning

My apologies for not chiming in earlier. The wording of the proposal looks great and I suggested a date, May 12th. It's after OLA by a couple of weeks so hopefully folks are up for another conference. Perhaps by having it in the middle and not at the end, it won't interefer too much with SRP planning, to Meredith's point. I'm not passionate about this particular date, but thought I would throw something out there.

I think it would be great if we could get the Call for Proposals out by Dec.15 then do another push in Jan. with a Feb. deadline.
