[Answerland-summit] Reference Summit: January push for Call for Proposals

Hi Oregon Reference Summit team,
I am going to do a second push of our Call for Proposals tomorrow. This is
our list of orgs

we send out to (also attached below). If anyone can send the message to
other groups on the list that I haven't done, please feel free. Also feel
free to share it with your organization and contacts.

I've attached a document with the content of the email message I've been
sending out if you need it.
