[Answerland-summit] Notes and follow-up from today's Oregon Ref Summit planning

Thanks Jennifer. I now have someone for Eugene (thanks Lee), but it does
look like Rachel used half of her home email and half of her work email on
her registration form and that's why I couldn't get through for her.
I have Buzzy down for Bend, we also have Portland, and Eugene.
I have second emails out to Vancouver, Seattle, and Jackson County, so
hopefully at least 1 or 2 more.
