[Answerland-summit] Notes and follow-up from today's Oregon Ref Summit planning

I sent the flyer out to the collaborative reference coordinators for the United states and Canada. I told them that they were welcome to promote the event. I think I may have only sent the save the date up until now. We may get another surge from out of state and from Canada.

Thanks Jennifer. I now have someone for Eugene (thanks Lee), but it does look like Rachel used half of her home email and half of her work email on her registration form and that's why I couldn't get through for her.
I have Buzzy down for Bend, we also have Portland, and Eugene.
I have second emails out to Vancouver, Seattle, and Jackson County, so hopefully at least 1 or 2 more.

Hi all,
I have emails out to all possible networking hosts, but I'm hoping for a little help. My Salem and Eugene prospects are not great, does anyone live or know someone that might be willing to host a dine in in one of those two cities?
I've attempted to contact Rachel Aronowitz from Springfield PL, but the supplied email does not go through.
Any help in these areas would be great. I have emails out to Jackson County, Portland, Vancouver, Seattle, and a yes from Bend. Several of our maybe attendees are coming from one off areas outside of Oregon, but we might even be able to sponsor a dine in in Alberta Canada, since we have a couple of attendees from that city.

I can fill in more than what I've put so far, just wanted to spread it out. Laurin I popped you in the morning sessions but let me know if that doesn't work for you! I will continue to update that doc with more specifics so we all know what we're doing that day.

A few details:

  *   I did test opening and closing zoom and it shouldn't be a problem to close it during lunch. I will make it clear to participants that they can join at any time over the course of the day except the lunch break
  *   It did make two separate recordings with our test so that's good news.
  *   I put the polls in but we'll have to create the rooms in the moment. It's easy but let me know if you need to know how to do it.
  *   Finally, I'll send out an invite for a last meeting/checkin a few days before the event so we can take care of any last minute details.
