[Answerland-summit] Proposal submitted

I think 45 minutes would appeal to many people! Am I right in thinking that
Historic Oregon Newspapers is outside the umbrella of Oregon Digital? I
wonder if it might make sense as a separate session. I know I would benefit
from understanding it (and all of these collections) better!
