[Answerland-summit] Promoting August Program

Hi All,

I just heard back form our August presenters confirming the program description and sharing their bios. I've added the information to our website<https://sites.google.com/olaweb.org/oregon-reference-summit/home?authuser=0> and created a promotional email<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bd_d6O-uT5oyRDv5AifhNRVsd-ljGuKCTJGR9opsHCE/edit?usp=sharing> to send out.

I'm planning to send out a message to the Libs-Or list-serv later today. If you are able to, please consider claiming some of the promotional channels in our Communication Plan<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/120Rmtp5iCsuD4rF0cHtvwdXtQheAjIkVFhg1KnjgzLU/edit?usp=sharing> to send this message to. My hope is that we can send out initial messages in the next week or so. I will also send a reminder email as we get closer to the event.
