Hi All,

It was great to connect with some of you at the volunteer meetings!

One idea that came out of those meetings (thank you, Isabella!) was to find a way for everyone to share their favorite resources with each other. I've created a google doc Answerland Volunteer Recommended Resources for you to add anything you think would be useful for other volunteers. This could be a really great citation tool or a useful video about how to search-anything you've found makes chat easier! If a google doc isn't the best format, I'm happy to explore other options. (One idea would be for me to add your ideas to the Answerland Staff Toolkit LibGuide.) <https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/answerland/reference>

I also wanted to let you know that I will be hosting additional feedback staff for Answerland interest parties. (Including staff from partner libraries.) These will cover some of the same ground as the volunteer meetings, but focusing less on the volunteer experience and more on how Answerland can better serve our communities in Oregon. You are more than welcome to attend, if you are interested!
