[ASIST_Network] CEUs for law enforcement, fire fighters, EMTs

Dear Oregon ASIST Trainers,
 
Get first responders to your ASIST trainings! We can all provide 12.0 continuing education credits for first responders - law enforcement, fire fighters, EMTs, etc. - for ASIST trainings with the attached roster form. To offer these credits, the trainers need to:
Provide the roster 
Have first responders fill it in (they will know their own DPSST number)
Sign it 
Send it to DPSST by fax or mail (info on form) 
The course number is 11-0686 for all the ASIST trainings this year (next year the course number will be 12-0686). I filled in the course title, description, and hours on the attached roster. You may type your own course information into the form (e.g., sponsoring agency, dates, location, instructor names, etc.).
