[ASIST_Network] Info - NASW CEs

Dear ASIST Trainers,
I am attaching a new list of trainers approved by Oregon NASW to award continuing education credits to ASIST training participants. Several trainers were added since I last sent the list: 
 
Ron Bloodworth
DeAnne Mansveld
Danny Neves-Weiser
Laura Spear
Lucy Zammarelli
 
There are now 48 trainers on the list! If you are an Oregon trainer and not on the list, please send me a brief bio and I'll submit your name for approval.
 
Just a reminder: everyone on the list may offer 12.0 NASW CEs for social workers, licensed professional counselors (LPCs), and alcohol and drug prevention and treatment providers (through ACCBO, which accepts NASW credits). For participants to get credits, you'll need to have them sign the Oregon NASW roster and complete an NASW evaluation (get the forms from me). You give them a certificate of completion (also from me). Oregon NASW asked me to batch the rosters and evaluations to send them in together, so please return them to me after your training. 
 
The forms list us as the "conference sponsor" (Oregon Public Health Division) because the credits were obtained through us. I realize you are sponsoring the trainings, but for the purpose of NASW's records and granting credits only, we are listed as the sponsor. 
 
Also, I sent Oregon NASW all the trainings I had to date at the end of August for posting in their newsletter and on their website. They have not yet been posted on the website, but should be soon. I don't know why - I expected they would be online in September; I can only send them in quarterly.
