[ASIST_Network] Templates for MoU with schools?

Good afternoon everyone!

On of the NW Tribal clinics currently implementing ZS is hoping that someone has a template or an example of a MoU between a local school and your clinic describing the referral process the school will begin if and when a student presents with suicidality. We are hoping to not recreate something that is already out there. If you have an example that we could tailor it would be greatly appreciated.
