[Busmgrs] A msg. from Barb Cruickshank: A glitch in the 08-09 Actual Expenditure submissions

ODE is furiously attempting to correct an 08-09 Actuals upload issue.  Area of Responsibility 330 was inadvertently end dated for the 08-09 fiscal year, prior to the 7/1/09 appropriate date.  Your district will receive errors for all AofR 330's that are submitted.  You may want to roll the 330 AofR's to 000 to avoid the upload errors or you can wait until ODE has corrected the problem.

I will send out a follow up email when the problem is corrected.
