[Busmgrs] 2010-11 Estimate of Membership and Revenue Update

This is just a brief note to remind everyone the 2010-11 Estimate of Membership and Revenue collection will be closing this Friday, December 11. This is the information I use to forecast and calculate your State School Fund payments for both the current and upcoming school year. It is very important I have this data available for all districts shortly after the collection closes as I will be using this data to adjust my forecasts for the current school year. There are also other stakeholders outside the department anxiously waiting to review the results due to the current economic climate and pending special election in January, so again, it is very important we have 100% compliance when the collection closes this Friday.

As of this morning, less than 30% of the districts have submitted data. If you are experiencing any technical problems with this collection, please contact the ODE Helpdesk<mailto:ODE.Helpdesk at state.or.us>, or myself<mailto:michael.wiltfong at state.or.us> by email. Please identify your district name and the collection title in your subject line as this will help us administer to your needs.
