[Busmgrs] A message from Barb Cruickshank: [Verify Submission] Out of Service in the Actuals Expenditure collection

Please be advised that the [Verify Submission] application has not worked since November 18, 2010.  Districts and ESDs see a screen that says "There are no collections to verify at this time."  ODE will send out a new notification when [Verify Submission] is up and running again.

Also if you are submitting an Actuals Expenditure file with Function 5300, it is currently erroneously responding that Function 5300 is an error.  ODE will notify you when that issue is corrected also.
