UPDATE
Message for Business Managers/Agency Heads and the Business Manager Listserv

Due to the closing of the state fiscal year all draws for June claims must be entered into EGMS by close of business August 5th  to ensure they are included in your 2010 Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA).   Any claims for June expenditures requested after that date will not be paid in the current year.  They will be posted and paid as grants are processed during the close-out process.  This could result in a delay in your June payments. .  If you have any questions on this process please contact your grant staff or the Grants Coordinator.
