[Busmgrs] A message from Phyllis Reynolds: Required Updates to EGMS access forms

Good afternoon,

Attached is the current access form for the ODE Electronic Grant Management System (EGMS).  ODE is updating all of the access information for EGMS and needs your assistance. Please complete and return an updated form to ODE by Thursday, December 30, 2010.

All institutions will need to complete and return the attached form regardless of when the last form was submitted.  If the updated form is not received in our office by December 30, 2010 then all current staff will be inactivated until the form is received.
