[Busmgrs] A friendly reminder regarding quarterly ARRA reporting

Good afternoon everyone,

Just a quick note to serve as a gentle reminder that the quarterly American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) section 1512 reporting is due September 30, 2011.

For the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund (SFSF) and Education Jobs (Ed Jobs) programs, we currently have approximately 56% of the districts with completed collections with only two days to go before the collection closes.  Please be reminded that all districts receiving ARRA funds are required to submit quarterly reports on active sub grants, even if there isn't any impact for the quarter.

I'd like to say thank you again for the 100% reporting compliance for the previous 10 collections - let's not break the streak. If you should have any questions about the SFSF and/or Ed Jobs grants, please don't hesitate to contact me.
