[Busmgrs] E Grant Management System (EGMS) offline

The Oregon Department of Education in order to align better with its mission to "foster excellence for every learner" has undergone a functional reorganization. This process has led to redefining the functions of the offices with the Agency, and the fiscal responsibilities within those offices.

To facilitate the new fiscal alignment the E Grant Management System will be offline from Monday December 30th through Sunday January 5th to allow the staff time to roll all grant funds into the new funding indexes.  This will have no effect on your funding sources, only on the roll-up data for the Agency.  Please enter all claims into the EGMS system by December 24th to allow time for the offices to process them prior to the offline period.

Please contact your grant manager or the grants coordinator (Phyllis Reynolds) at the Agency should you need additional help or information.
