[Busmgrs] December to June Ratios

Dear Business Managers,

The December to June Ratio and ADM adjustments to Second Period data has been posted on the website. The link is available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/misc/12_13-d2j-as-of-3_13_12.pdf.

Per statute, when School Finance uses second period ADM for estimates and payments, a ratio is applied to bring second period more in line with annual data. The ratio is the average of the previous two year's ratios of annual ADM to second period ADM. This ratio will only reduce the ADMr for a district and not increase the ADMr. If your district's ADMr numbers are less than what was reported in second period, this sheet should explain the difference.
