[Busmgrs] February Payment

Dear Business Managers,

The February 2014 payment information has been posted to the website. District information is available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/districtwarrant-2-4-14.pdf. ESD information is available here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/esdwarrant-2-4-14.pdf. The actual funds should be in your accounts by February 6.

As I am sure many of you will notice, this February's payment is much earlier than the usual payment. The Department of Administrative Services needs us to make the payment early this month only for IRS compliance for the State's tax anticipation note. Thus, everyone gets their funds early for February. March's payment will be back to the normal schedule.

Several districts have asked about the Common School Fund payment for January as well. We are making the payment. One of the tasks that has to be completed is the publication of the ADMr by county lines report. We are working on this report as there have been some changes to the report. As soon as we publish that report, we will be able to move forward with the Common School Fund payment. We should be making that payment soon.

Lastly, the official 2014-15 estimates will be available no later than March 3, 2014. We are working to get them out as soon as possible. We also plan to publish 2012-13 estimates and later, 2013-14 estimates.
