It is time to start working toward updating and publishing the 2014 Program Budgeting and Accounting Manual (PBAM).  To that end, please let me know of any codes you would like the committee to review or send me your proposal(s) for change by Wednesday, March 19, 2014.  Also, please let me know if you would like to be considered for membership on the PBAM Committee.
