RE: ODE has posted the 2015-16 IDEA Part B Funding Estimates at: http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?=2937.

These estimates are based on funding allocations provided by the US Department of Education on July 1, 2015. IDEA grants from the US Department of Education are made available to states in two parts, one on July 1 and one on October 1. Due to the 2013 sequestration and a cut in funds, the first part of the grant received does not cover the base distribution to districts. This means that districts will continue to receive three allocations (September, October, and April) for the 2015-16 grant.
