 Greetings Business Managers and Institution Contacts,

During the EGMS shutdown and rollover, you may receive an e-mail letting you know there is a new sub grant awarded.  Please disregard the e-mail.

There isn't anything new occurring, we are moving funds from one state biennium into another. The system does not distinguish this transaction as a roll over to the new biennium that is why you are receiving an award notification.
