[Busmgrs] Common School Fund

Dear Business Managers,

I know that about a week ago I said the Common School Fund payment was on its way. Sadly it has been delayed. The ADM data being used for the payment had a couple of significant errors that were not caught until after the announcement went out. We are working with the districts affected to correct the errors and will be getting the payment out as soon as possible.
