[Busmgrs] 2013-14 Estimates

Dear Business Managers,

The good news is the long awaited 2013-14 estimates have finally been posted. You can find them here:

The biggest change for these estimates, is that 2013-14 annual ADM is being used. This updates the following weights:
*       ADMr
*       Pregnant and Parenting students
*       ESL students
*       Small school corrections.

The remaining weights to be updated include:
*       IEP Cap Waiver
*       IEP weights (to account for Interdistrict Transfers)

Also we still need to update actual revenues as reported by the districts. The audit reviews are close to being done so that should happen soon. As far as immediate postings, as soon as we confirm that the December to June ratio is working correctly, we will post 2014-15. The goal is next week. Please also be on the lookout for updates to the High Cost Disability Grants.
