Dear Business Managers,

The December to June ratio is in place to try to bring ADM closer to what will be reported in annual ADM. For those districts that for the past two years have had their second period ADM reporting higher than annual, their second period ADM is adjusted downward. The goal is to minimize the swing that will occur during reconciliation.

Now that the December to June ratio is ready, I will be posting 2014-15 very soon. The April payment will be based on the latest 2014-15 estimate.
