[Busmgrs] OSCIM Program Grant Agreement

Dear Business Managers,

Please find attached a copy of the grant agreement that will need to be signed by a district to receive matching funds from the OSCIM Program. I realize that this email is not immediately relevant to all districts. However, as districts consider applying for the OSCIM Program, this grant agreement will be required before funds are disbursed. So I thought it would be good for everyone to see it in its final form. Please note that we are not able to alter the grant agreement. The agreement was written to comply with the statutes and constitutional provisions that govern ODE's sale of state general obligation bonds and has been reviewed by the Department of Justice, Treasury, and ODE's bond counsel.

For those districts that were able to pass a bond, congratulations. We will be following up with more information shortly, as well as a copy of the grant agreement.
