[Busmgrs] Proposed OAR for Technical Assistance Program

Dear Business Managers,

I wanted to provide everyone with a copy of the proposed OAR for the Technical Assistance Program as part of the Office of School Facilities. This program provides grants to school districts to conduct facilities assessments, long-range facility plans, and seismic assessments. These proposed rules layout the requirements for he assessments as well as the procedures to apply for a grant and how grants will be distributed.

The rules will have a first reading before the State Board of Education today. They will have a second reading next month. If you would like to provide comments between the readings for review by ODE, please do so.
