Michael Wiltfong and I will be presenting an overview of the changes included in the 2016 edition of the Program Budgeting and Accounting Manual (PBAM) tomorrow, Thursday, November 17th, at 2:00 p.m.

The PBAM's 2016 edition will replace the 2014 edition on July 1, 2017 and the codes within will be used to build your 2017-18 budgets.
