The 2017-18 Building, and District Bonds Collections open December 14th. To assist districts with this process, ODE will conduct a webinar Tuesday, December 12th at 2pm (tomorrow).  The content of this webinar as well as the associated User Manuals will be posted to the District Website by December 14th.

Worth Noting for the 2017-18 Collection

1)    Districts participating in the 2016-17 collections can roll their data forward into the 2017-18 collections.

2)    When you roll-forward your data, you will need to update these fields:

a.    In the Building Collection:

                                          i.    Elctrcty

                                         ii.    NtGs

                                        iii.    HtngOl

                                       iv.    IntrntUpldSpd

                                         v.    IntrntDnldSpd

                                       vi.    TotYrMaintCst

b.    In the District Bond Collection:

                                          i.    Bonded Indebtedness

3)    We have made a change to the coding scheme for the Building Identification field in the Building collection. This change will be detailed in the on-line User Guide as well as in the webinar.  NOTE: For records submitted in the last collection and rolled-forward, no adjustment is necessary to your entries in this field.  These entries will be converted to the new coding scheme by the Office of School Facilities.  For any new records/buildings you submit, please follow the new coding scheme.
