[Busmgrs] 2016-17 Paper Audit Update

Greetings to All,
Below please find a list of paper (hardcopy) audits received as of Wednesday, December 20th.  School districts and ESDs are listed separately.  Both are in alphabetical order by county.

Paper audits are due to ODE by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 2, 2018.  Electronic, faxed or draft audits will not be accepted.  For hand delivery, please come to the fourth-floor reception desk in the Public Service Building.  The address is 255 Capitol Street NE, Salem, OR 97310.  Or mail your audits to:  Mari Sue Johnson, Oregon Department of Education, 255 Capitol Street NE, Salem, OR 97310.

For questions regarding your paper audit or the Actuals collection, please contact me or Laura Marshall.  The ODE Helpdesk is also available to assist you.
