On the eve of Valentine's day or Ystävänpäivä (friends day) in Finland I send you the February State School Fund Payment. Many of you asked for the estimator tool we went over at the conference. I have attached it for your use to create your own estimates based on information you have.

Just a reminder the Facility grant closes on February 15th and the High Cost Disability collection closes March 6th.
