[Busmgrs] EI/ECSE, Regional, RSOI, BVIS, and OTAP services

I failed to attach the document referenced in the email.  My apologizes to Julia and each of you.

This is to advise everyone that all the current contracts for EI/ECSE, Regional, RSOI, BVIS, and OTAP services will be expiring at the end of this biennium (June 30, 2017).  Please find the attached updated list for all the current sites showing the current incumbent and associated ODE contract number in the far right column.

The purpose of this message is two-fold.

1-      We need to know your intentions to either maintain your current client services program(s) service area(s) or if you want to relinquish them beginning with the next biennium.
2-      If your organization is interested in providing client services program(s) to any other particular service area(s).

If more than one entity is interested in a particular service area based on the responses I receive from this message then ODE will move forward with processing and issuing RFPs (Request for Proposal) for that particular service area only.

If an entity wants to relinquish any particular service area the RFP process will also apply.

As time is critical in getting all these new agreements in place, please respond back to me by 3:00 PM January 27, 2017.
