[Busmgrs] November 2017 OSCIM Program Applications

Dear Business and Facility Managers,

This is a quick reminder that the applications for the November 2017 OSCIM Program grants are available on our website. You can find the applications here: http://www.oregon.gov/ode/schools-and-districts/grants/Documents/OSCIM%20Application%20Form%20v.%204.pdf. Please remember to fill out and submit in electronic format. Other helpful hints:


1.       Because July 15th is on a Saturday applications will be accepted starting 8:00 am July 14 through 5:00 pm on July 14. We need to preserve the summer weekends.

2.       Long Range Facility Plans and Facility Assessments must be submitted, through Secure File Transfer, no later than July 1, 2017 for a completed OSCIM Program application. Failure to submit these documents will result in disqualification from the grant.

3.       Long-Range Facility Plans and Facility Assessments must meet the standards in OAR 581-027-0035 (facility assessment) and 581-027-0040 (long-range facility plan). Plans that do not meet these standards will result in an incomplete OSCIM Program application.
