[Busmgrs] 2018 School Construction Tax Limits

Good Afternoon

I hope everyone is enjoying summer. The School Construction Tax Limits has been received from the Department of Revenue and posted to the web. SB 1036 allows school districts to impose a tax on new construction measured by the square footage of improvements (affordable housing, public buildings, agricultural buildings, hospitals, private schools, and religious facilities are exempt).
