[Busmgrs] 2015-16 Estimate

Hi Susan,

In regard to your new garage, the Pupil Transportation Department didn’t have the notes that your facility opened in the 2015-16 school year in their paperwork they received prior to today, but we will honor your request and redo the estimates and adjust the payment for 2015-16.

Also - Looks like the High Cost Disability Estimate for 2015-16 was updated after April 12'th?

Please confirm - the numbers are a bit different. The new report is dated April 21st?  Thanks!  -Susan

Our Transportation Estimate is still off for 2015-16. The total amount does not foot. It should be $5,548,127 for the eligible expenditures before multiplying it by 70%. It looks like the amount before our interest expense was adjusted.

Also, our new garage depreciation was not added into the total. I have attached the final sheet that Wes had submitted earlier this year. The garage eligible Transportation Cost is $8,788,824.
We should get 1/25 of that added in for the depreciation.....
