[Busmgrs] Fingerprint billing

As some of you may have noticed there are no fingerprint reductions on the October statements. I forgot to mention the following message was sent to districts from Student Services last month regarding the fingerprint billing.

Fingerprint Billing

ODE is working to adapt our computer systems to be compatible with a new requirement placed on the agency under House Bill 2992.  We expect to start providing clearance information in October.

Because we are not able to process the electronic fingerprints, we are not billing for them at this time.  Once the system is fully up and running, billing will resume as normal.  You may not see a bill in September or October as we bring the system online.
