[Busmgrs] Budget Training Webinar Access Info

Hi All,
The PowerPoint and link to GoToMeeting are now posted on ODE's website.  The 2018-19 Budget Training Webinar is scheduled for tomorrow, April 24, from 2:00-3:00pm.  GoToMeeting will host the presentation and there is no need to preregister.  Shortly before 2:00 on Tuesday:

*         log into the District Homepage

*         under the Training dropdown, click on Video Training

*         click on Video Training - 2017-2018 (mid-page left)

*         scroll down to 2018-19 Budget Training Webinar - April 24, 2018

*         and click to register for the presentation (that will open GoToMeeting and the webinar for you)

I will leave my desk at 1:30 to set up the training and we should be live by 1:45.  If we are not live by 1:55, that means we are experiencing technology hiccups and are working to resolve the problem which would be at our end, not yours.  It's a long shot but if there are problems, we should be live by 2:10.

And, for your reference, I am attaching Appendixes G and H from the 2017 PBAM.

Again, if you can't participate tomorrow, the audio will be posted with the handouts later this week.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
