[Busmgrs] 2017-18 State School Fund Estimate

Hello Again

Please disregard the estimate. I apologize, there seems to be an error with where the local revenue is pulling from. I saw a decrease in local revenue of about $30million and thought it was changes from districts. This is apparently not the case and appears to be an issue with the imported data. It is not updating with the most recent financial reports.

The 2017-18 state school fund estimate has been posted to the web. This latest estimate reflects changes in IEP cap waiver, the IEP counts using special education child count data I've also updated neglected foster delinquent counts and local revenue.
