[Busmgrs] Estimate of Membership and Revenue 19-20

I just wanted to give everyone a friendly reminder the Estimate of membership and Revenue for 19-20 closes on the 17th of December. Please log in and complete the collection this week so I can start reviewing for errors. We are already getting requests for data so the sooner we have a verified data set we will have a clearer picture of what next year looks like.
