[Busmgrs] A message from Lindsay Malinowski: 2017-2018 Audit Submissions To Date - 12/11/2018

Good Afternoon!

"It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" which translates to: Year End, Audit Season, and Actual Submission Time!

Below and attached, please find the list of current paper and electronic audits received as of this morning, December 11, 2018.
The spreadsheet is organized by county, then district, with ESDs listed together at the bottom.  As you will see, of the 216 due, we have received both paper and electronic from 16 districts/ESDs. (Electronic Audit is the Actual Collections submissions.)

The due date for both paper and audit submissions is Thursday, January 3, 2019, at 5:00pm PST.  In order to receive your January 2019 State School Fund payment your paper audit must be received at ODE on/or before January 3rd. My plan is to send an updated list next week and the following weeks until the due date.
