[Busmgrs] Update to 2018-19 State School Fund estimates

Good afternoon everyone,

Now that the May payment has been made, we have been able to focus on getting an update posted for 2018-19. Please see updated estimates posted here<http://www.oregon.gov/ode/schools-and-districts/grants/Pages/School-District-and-ESD-payment-Statements.aspx>.

There hasn't been a lot of change since our initial posting, but there were enough edits that we felt an update was due. Please note we would like to have all updates for 2018-19 completed by June 15, so that we can start the process of making the July payment and not have any last minute changes. Adam will be out of the office until July 1, so please forward questions, update requests and/or concerns to me.

With that, thank you again for all of your great work out there. I can't believe it's almost June!
