[Busmgrs] New 2017 PBAM Link

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am delighted to send word that the 2017 Program Budgeting and Accounting Manual (PBAM) has a more prominent location on ODE's website.  The new link is - http://www.oregon.gov/ode/schools-and-districts/finance/Pages/default.aspx - then scroll down to the bottom of the page.

For direct access:
>From ODE's homepage
Click on the 'Schools and District's dropdown
Click on 'Finance'
Scroll to the bottom of the page

Please note that if you do a 'Search' for the PBAM, the system still pulls links to old editions.   Hopefully until that wrinkle is ironed out, this new location will provide easy access to the latest PBAM edition.
